LONDON: Charlton's reputation as one of the best-run clubs in the English Premiership has been enhanced by another healthy financial performance which resulted in an operating profit of £200,000 for the 2004-05 season.
Charlton have made a strong start to this season but their immediate future has been clouded by uncertainty over the future of manager Alan Curbishley, who has reportedly been offered the chance to take over at Scottish champions Rangers.
