The forum - "Phenoms to Professionals: Successful Transitions'' - will be Dec. 7 at the W Hotel, with a panel that includes commissioners David Stern (National Basketball Association), Gary Bettman (National Hockey League), Don Garber (Major League Soccer), Bivens and Larry Scott, chairman and CEO of the WTA Tour.
