BOGOTA: Colombia's footballers are going on strike, the players announced the day after their national team failed to qualify for next year's World Cup Finals.
The strike will begin today for players at 14 of the 18 first division clubs, the Colombian Association of Professional Footballers told reporters on Thursday.
