FORMULA One supremo Bernie Ecclestone hailed Asia as the future of motor racing yesterday, warning that Europe had already fallen into the ranks of the “Third World.”
“It (Asia) is the most important part of the world and I mean most important,” Ecclestone, Formula One's largest commercial rights holder, said at business conference here ahead of tomorrow's season-ending Grand Prix.
