PETALING JAYA: Malaysia's Ricky Teh Chee Fei failed to lived up to his tag as the best skeet shooter in the region, finishing a disappointing fifth in the individual competition of the South-East Asian Championships (SEASA) at the Subang Range yesterday.
The Olympian, who holds the SEA Games record of 141 points, which he set in Vietnam two years ago, shot a poor 133 in the final.
