DAVID Toms, who was rushed to hospital with chest pains last week, has ruled himself fit for the Presidents Cup match between the US and an International team.
“I was a bit sluggish earlier in the week,” 2001 US PGA champion Toms told reporters after practising with his teammates on Wednesday.
