PETALING JAYA: Malaysian rally driver Karamjit Singh has certainly fallen on tough times since the Petronas EON Racing Team (PERT) were disbanded last year.
The International Automobile Federation (FIA) has slapped a 10,000 Euro (RM45,000) fine on him for missing the Rally of Britain last weekend.
