SEPANG: Makoto Inagaki of China Yuan XG Jao team will start from pole position for the first time in his career after clocking an impressive lap of 1:08.450 during the first timed practice session in the fourth round of the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) at Sepang Circuit yesterday.
Defending champion Toshiyuki Hamaguchi tried his best to top the time sheet, setting the fastest time in the second timed practice session but it was not enough to eclipse the fastest lap time set by his younger teammate and lost his 100% record in the end.
