LUSAKA: Zambia striker Collins Mbesuma was rescued by police after angry fans threatened him in a bar in his home town of Luanshya, Zambia's Post newspaper reported on Thursday.
Mbesuma, who signed for English Premier League club Portsmouth last month, returned to Zambia on Monday to play in today's World Cup qualifier against Senegal in Chililabombwe.
