FIFA president Blatter seeks limits on overseas players

LONDON: FIFA president Sepp Blatter will urge its Congress to support his campaign for all clubs to field at least six home-grown players, despite anticipated opposition from the European Union.

Blatter is frustrated that the richest clubs are buying the top talent in the world and players groomed on home turf don't get a chance to even make the bench.
