PETALING JAYA: The FA of Malaysia (FAM) will be setting up 160 football training centres using the RM2.6 million that they will get from the Youth and Sports Ministry for grassroots development programmes.
The FAM general secretary, Datuk Dr Seri Ibrahim Saad, said that the money would be distributed evenly to all their State FAs to set up 80 Tunas Bolasepak (Under-12) and 80 Tunas Cemerlang (Under-13-15) football centres in the country.
