SINGAPORE: Malaysia's campaign in the US$170,000 Aviva Singapore Open at the Singapore Indoor Stadium last night ended on a sad note when the country's last hope, Chin Eei Hui-Wong Pei Tty, were beaten in the women's doubles quarter-finals by Indonesian qualifiers Jo Novita-Gresya Polii.
The Indonesians came back from a game down to win 11-15, 15-5, 15-3 in 75 minutes.
