INDIANAPOLIS: A Formula One fan from Colorado has filed a class action suit following the debacle at last Sunday's United States Grand Prix in Indianapolis when 14 out of 20 cars refused to race.
Larry Bowers is looking for compensation from motor sport's governing body FIA, the Formula One Administration (FOA), tyre manufacturer Michelin as well as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, with his lawyer William Bock III accusing them of “fraud”.
