BARSINGHAUSEN: Barcelona defender Rafael Marquez is resigned to missing Mexico's second Confederations Cup clash against Brazil tomorrow.
The talismanic Marquez was forced to sit out Mexico's opening 2-1 win against Japan on Thursday after a thigh muscle problem he suffered in a World Cup qualifier against Guatemala on June 4 flared up in pre-match training and looks to have lost his race against time to be fit to take on his Barca teammate Ronaldinho and company in Hannover.
