PETALING JAYA: Malaysia 's Danny Chia will be making a run for the title in the inaugural Brunei Open next week before he takes his place in golf annals as the country's first player to feature in the British Open at St Andrews in Scotland from July 14-17.
The 32-year-old Chia has enjoyed a good run in form recently, finishing sixth in the Philippines Open and emerging as the runner-up in the Malaysian Professional Golfers Association (MPGA) President's Cup here last week.
