MONTREAL: Juan Pablo Montoya has been handed a vote of confidence by his McLaren bosses after a mix-up saw him disqualified from the Canadian Grand Prix here Sunday.
Colombian Montoya lost an almost certain podium finish when he was thrown out of the race for ignoring a red light warning him not to exit the pit lane during the latter part of the Montreal race.
