KUALA LUMPUR: Pole vaulter Teh Weng Chang has denied that he misbehaved during the Islamic Solidarity Games (ISG) in Saudi Arabia in April.
Weng Chang said yesterday that he was shocked to learn that the team manager, Karim Ibrahim, had made a charge of indiscipline against him.
