COLUMBUS (Ohio): Australian Geoff Ogilvy fired rounds of 67 and 64 here on Monday to lead 20 golfers who qualified for next week's US Open, the second major championship of the year, at Pinehurst, North Carolina.
Ogilvy's 131 for 36 holes at Lakes and Brookside country clubs was good enough for top honours in the field of 144 by two strokes over Americans John Rollins and Scott McCarron and three ahead of Germany's Bernhard Langer.
