KUALA LUMPUR: Defender S. Yogeswaran, who was dropped from the national junior hockey squad for a playing tour to Europe last week because of injury, will now lead the national Under-18 team’s challenge in the Arafura Games, which begin in Darwin on Saturday.
And coach Yahya Atan (pic) said that he had been asked by the national junior coach, Sarjit Singh, to monitor closely the 19-year-old Pontian-born player’s performances in the Games.
