PETALING JAYA: National triple jumper Ngew Sin Mei overcame an ankle injury to book her place in the Manila SEA Games at the two-day Pahang Open athletics championships, which ended yesterday.
Sin Mei, who represented the National Sports Council (NSC) in the meet, only cleared her first jump out of five attempts to finish second in the event.
