Suspicious blood levels found in four Serie A players

MILAN: High blood values in the samples of four Serie A footballers have raised suspicions about the possible use of the banned blood-enhancing drug EPO, Italian media reported on Thursday.

La Gazzetta dello Sport wrote that the samples, which were taken during the 2003-2004 season, exceeded the limits set by WADA, the world anti-doping agency.
