TURIN: A Juventus supporter was handed an eight-month prison sentence by a court here yesterday for his part in the violence that preceded Wednesday's Champions League tie against Liverpool.
Andrea Tommolini, a swimming pool lifeguard from Teramo, was found guilty of throwing missiles at the visiting fans at the Delle Alpi Stadium before the quarter-final second leg tie.
