SHANGHAI: Police in Shanghai have busted an online football betting organisation linked to Taiwan syndicates that offered betting services in 22 mainland Chinese provinces, state press reported on Tuesday.
The group has been charged with accepting “tens of millions of yuan” in bets on football matches at its mainland operation run out of Shanghai's Xuhui district, the Wenhui Daily reported.
