SHAH ALAM: 0nly nine teams will compete for the Mayor’s Cup in the inaugural Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam-Malaysia Volleyball Association (MBSA-MAVA) championship, which will be played at the MBSA volleyball hall in Section 4 here from April 13-17.
The MAVA secretary, Datuk Liew Yuen Keong, said they had extended invitations to all their 17 affiliates to participate in the elite category, which is open to professionals and those having represented the national and state teams.
