PETALING JAYA: Young cyclist Uracca Leow Hoay Sim had a bittersweet outing in her debut in the World Track Championships in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The 18-year-old Uracca clocked 4:10.476 in the qualifying session for the women's individual pursuit.
