Drivers not in favour of ‘farcical’ and ‘boring’ qualifying system


PETALING JAYA: The seventh edition of the Petronas Malaysian F1 Grand Prix this weekend will mark a departure from the norm, with qualifying taking place over two days – Saturday and Sunday. 

But the jury is still out on whether the new qualifying system, which takes into account an aggregate timing over the two days, has caught on with the F1 enthusiasts and more importantly, the drivers.
