LONDON: Arsene Wenger has signalled an end to his frugal transfer policy by admitting that he will be aiming to bring one or more major stars to Highbury this summer.
Despite the burden of financing the new Emirates Stadium that Arsenal will move to in 2006, the Gunners are understood to have earmarked more than £20mil for Wenger to spend.
