PETALING JAYA: Shooter Hasli Izwan Amir Hasan proved that he was the best in the rapid fire pistol event at the Selangor Championships a month ago even though he was carrying a knee injury.
But the doctors at the National Sports Institute (NSI) have shot down his participation in the Commonwealth Championships in Melbourne from March 9-20.
