Suhaimi's absence adds more woes to Sapura's India challenge

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Hockey League (MHL) champions Sapura, having lost the services of one of their guest players, face a tough challenge in the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Hockey Tournament, starting in New Delhi on Feb 25.

Sapura assistant team manager Abdullah Yunus said that former international forward Suhaimi Ibrahim of Maybank had not been training with the team although the bank had allowed him to join them before the Chinese New Year.
