Super League: Five-goal tonic for Perlis

PENANG: Perlis coach Abdul Rahman Ibrahim believes that the five-goal blitz over Sabah on Saturday was the perfect tonic for his team’s confidence before they face some tough challenges ahead.

The 5-0 thrashing of the basement side at Stadium Utama maintained Perlis’ unbeaten start to the season but the Northern Lions, who are in second position with seven points after the first three matches, face a daunting task in their next two encounters.
