MALACCA: Malaysian Super League debutants Malacca Telekom pulled off a huge upset when they gunned down Charity Shield winners Perak 3-0 at the Stadium Hang Jebat in Krubong here last night.
Malacca Telekom, who had beaten Selangor Public Bank 2-0 in their opening match before narrowly going down to Penang 1-0 five days ago, were in great form against a 10-men Perak side and goals by Marzuki Yussof (26th), Khairulzal Azmi Zainuddin (43rd) and Mohd Nizam Abu Bakar (88th) sealed the three points for them.
