KUANTAN: Defending champions Thailand were crowned champions of the Asean Under-20 men's volleyball tournament at the Pahang Indoor Sports Complex (Sukpa) in Bandar Indera Mahkota here last night.
The Thais are ranked sixth in the world based on their strong performance in the world junior championships last year. But their team here are mostly Under-18 players and they fared well against older opponents.
