IPOH: Just when things were looking up to Perak for a good start in the new season which kicks off tomorrow, they were hit by a knockout blow to influential national midfielder K. Nanthakumar in their final tune-up in Langkawi.
Nanthakumar aggravated injury on his right ankle and will miss tomorrow’s Charity Shield match against Malaysia Cup champions Perlis at the Stadium Utama in Kangar. The match is also counted as a Super League fixture.
