LONDON: Nottingham Forest have appointed Gary Megson as their new manager with the job of saving them from the third division.
Megson, who succeeds Joe Kinnear, was sacked by Premiership side West Brom in October hours after revealing he intended to leave the club at the end of his contract this summer.
