COLORADO SPRINGS (Colorado): American sprinter Michelle Collins (pic) has been hit with an eight-year ban for doping offences despite never having tested positive for banned substances.
In what is believed to be a landmark ruling, the North American Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) decided on the sanction at a hearing on Friday after acting on a decision by the United States Anti Doping Agency (USADA) during the summer.
