KUALA LUMPUR: Asean Schools championship gold medallist S. Narendran's hopes of making his debut in the Asian University Games in Surabaya on Monday have been dashed. He suffered an ankle injury during training on Wednesday.
The 19-year-old, a first year matriculation student in Bukit Jalil Sports School, said he was disappointed.
