KANGAR: Die-hard Perlis fan Charan Din Ruang had vowed that he would run from his house in Chuping to Kangar if his team qualified for the Malaysia Cup semi-final.
Perlis did more than that. They qualified for the final. And yesterday, Charan fulfilled his vow, running the 28km from his house to the heritage House here before setting off on the journey to Kuala Lumpur to watch the final.
