LANGKAWI: Hong Kong yacht Hi-Fidelity clinched the top spot in the Racing Class of the 15th island hoping Raja Muda Regatta with winds reaching almost 20 knots in the last two races in Kuah Harbour yesterday.
In second place was Warwick Downes also from Hong Kong and third overall was the Sarawak yacht Ulumulu, who was making her debut in the race.
