PETALING JAYA: Up till yesterday, rally driver Karamjit Singh (pic) has yet to receive government funds to help him regain the FIA Asia Pacific Rally Championship (APRC) title.
But he still left for Shaoguan together with co-driver Allen Oh this morning for the China Rally, the penultimate round of the championships.
