LAS VEGAS: Wladimir Klitschko survived a fourth round knockdown to beat DaVarryl Williamson on points after the heavyweight fight was stopped prematurely by an accidental head butt.
Klitschko, who suffered a nasty cut over his right eye, won by a split decision after the ring doctor halted the scheduled 10-round fight at the end of the fifth round.
