PETALING JAYA: Uzbekistan and Syria qualified from Group C for the quarter-finals of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Youth Championship Finals when both picked up their second consecutive wins at the Petaling Jaya Municipal Council (MPPJ) Stadium last night.
Sadriddin Abdullayev saved Uzbekistan with a late injury time goal for a 2-1 victory over India while Syria cruised easily past Laos with a 4-1 win.
