LONDON: Referee Mark Halsey has admitted that he changed his mind over awarding a penalty against Arsenal at Fulham due to the ferocious protests of the Gunners players.
Halsey reversed a penalty decision that could have given Fulham a first half lead at Craven Cottage on Saturday before also ruling out a goal by Collins John.
