MEXICO CITY: Mexico coach Ricardo La Volpe, who has threatened to resign three times in the last two months, said on Wednesday that he was staying put in his high-pressure job.
La Volpe’s most recent threat to walkout came after the Under-23 team, who he also coaches, was knocked out in the first round at the Athens Olympics.
