Russian firm denies tycoon’s son going to buy Everton


MOSCOW: Russian timber tycoon Boris Zingarevich's company denied on Monday reports that he or his 23-year-old son was bidding for Premier League club Everton. 

Britain's Sunday Times reported he planned to inject more than US$35mil into the club, while Russia's English-language Moscow Times reported on Monday his son Anton would invest the cash through a Brunei-based fund.
