BUDAPEST: World champion Ferrari driver Michael Schumacher believes the future of Formula One is being hampered by indecision among its 10 team principals.
The sport's ruling body, the FIA, have admitted a change is needed to increase the safety of the cars and improve the show after a season of escalating speeds and Ferrari domination.
