PETALING JAYA: Malaysia's Abdul Rahim Sidek took over the lead in the overall standings from defending champions Toshiyuki Hamaguchi in the SuperSports 600cc class of the FIM Asia Road Racing Championships yesterday.
Abdul Rahim finished third in Race 1 and won Race 2 in yesterday's Round 3 at the Johor Circuit in Pasir Gudang to take a slim lead of 1.5 points over Hamaguchi.
