ATHENS: International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge woke up in his modest room at the athletes' Olympic village yesterday, continuing his custom of staying with the teams.
Rogge, a former Olympic sailor and ex-head of Belgian teams, who has attended 16 Games, moved into the athletes' village on Sunday, staying in what local media have called Spartan accommodation.
