MOSCOW: Russia are demanding a top three medals finish at the Athens Olympics, the head of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) Leonid Tygachev said.
“At the world championships throughout 2003 our athletes earned more wins and clinched more medals than any other country in the world,” Tyagachev said.
