Surendran and Syed Taufiq Syed Abdul Hamid proved their worth to remain in the team while Wong Kai Meng is set to be dropped following yesterday's competitions in the MTA-Magnum national championships, which were marred by controversies, at the Putra Stadium in Bukit Jalil here.
Surendran, together with Taufiq and Kai Meng, had been thrown the challenge to win their respective divisions to keep their places in the national team.
