Gunners save millions in tax avoidance scheme


LONDON: English Premiership champions Arsenal have set up a tax avoidance scheme for their players that uses secretive front companies and offshore accounts to save them huge sums in tax, The Sunday Times reported. 

The scheme – described by one expert as being “at the forefront of tax avoidance” – is completely legal, but could be considered of dubious moral character, the newspaper said.
